To provide a Refuge
(diversion from current life situations)
for anyone of any eye color or faith conviction that suffers from relentless pain.
Comfort and Hope
will facilitate a flourishing return to homes and businesses, to achieve a more
"Prolific and Secure Lifestyle".

Agony is not restricted to
“class”,
"ethic groups",
"geographic locations",
or any other
"Human made Boundary".

RCSWR bases its core values on the postulation that both
Past and Present
experiences influence the
“Emotional,
Intellectual,
Social,
and
Adversity Quotient /Intelligence”
of a person.
All these characteristics influence a person’s potential to
succeed and persevere
in diverse working environments.
